Steps to Manage Multiple Twitter Accounts:
Step 1: Install Google Chrome in your computer.
Step 2: Now install the "QuickTweet" Extension in your browser (Google Chrome)
Step 3: After adding extension in your browser, click on Twitter Icon shown in right corner of your browser window. Right click on the icon and then click on "Options".
Step 4: In the Option menu, right your twitter account's name/email and Passwords and then click on "Save".
