Floating Notifications for Android
You may request notification of any application and submit it to you as an icon of a float, similar to Facebook Chat heads, but for any application.

FN is unable to make the notifications disappear from the status bar. An application can not rule out other notification applications.
However, if you want your favorite applications to make your status notification bar disappears when you remove the waterline notification, or vice versa, can be taught to this page where you can add the integration Notifications waterline:
